Normally if you are not in Bulgaria and want prepare/sign a document which is intended to be used in Bulgaria, you can do it in either of the following ways: Going in person to the Bulgarian Embassy in London and sign before the consul or Visit your local solicitor/notary public and ask them to certify the document.
